Industries that are less consumer-oriented differ from retail business intelligence in that with retail business intelligence it is imperative to track the movements of the customer bases. To do so, an individual must be able to mentally see from the typical customer’s viewpoint.
People who are best-suited to business intelligence jobs are those individuals who love finding solutions and helping to direct the aims of their business. These are the type of people who will find this industry to be satisfying.
