If you’re looking for bathroom flooring ideas, I would not use bamboo or any other wood products because water loves wood. You would be better off with natural stone products or ceramic tile. Bamboo looks outstanding in living rooms, dining rooms, dens, and hallways.  Bamboo works great for a kids playroom.  It will take as much abuse as your young ones can dish out.
