New Ways For Using Beaded Curtains
No CommentsBeaded curtains are something that has been around for quite some time now. You may have probably noticed them in movies where they adorn the homes of those mystic gypsies and fortune tellers. Perhaps there is just something about them that screams out such depth and substance and a certain degree of mystery as well one way or the other. Also, if you may remember from really old movies, beaded curtains were actually such a great hit back in the time of the 60s and the 70s; anyone who considered himself or herself “cool” and “in” just had to have beaded curtains in either their homes or in their most private rooms.
Beaded curtains have taken a bit of a backseat when new trends rolled in and when the years went by but the great thing about trends is the fact that they usually come around again and again depending on how the preferences of people in general take shape and whichever it is that they usually end up favoring the most. The great news is that beaded curtains are definitely back and the truth is, they have never been better. Manufacturers have come up with so many different variations and designs and even the variations when it came to the types of beads being used were mind-blowing.
There are so many different new ways in using beaded curtains these days and that is one of the main reasons why they are steadily becoming popular. Some people use them in doorways to either adorn the door or to be the substitute for it. Other people use them as partitions for those areas that they would like to separate without closing off completely. And then of course, there’s the old fashioned way wherein they use them as window treatments. Do what you think suits your home best because there’s no right or wrong with it.
